Turnbull & Asser

Skywire supports Turnbull & Asser across its UK and US Shopify Plus storefronts, bringing together ecommerce, made-to-measure journeys and in-store personalisation. A custom Shopify POS application helps store teams configure embroidery for selected products while keeping service details connected to the wider order workflow.

Connected ecommerce and in-store personalisation

Turnbull & Asser's reputation is built on craft, personal service and an understanding of how each customer wants to dress. Its digital and in-store experiences need to preserve that attention to detail while serving customers across the UK and US.

Skywire continues to develop the two regional Shopify Plus storefronts, combining technical strategy, UX/UI and platform engineering across product, collection, search, cart and account journeys. Custom made-to-measure interfaces help translate detailed product choices into a considered online experience.

Skywire also designed and developed a custom Shopify POS application for embroidery in Turnbull & Asser stores. Store colleagues can add, edit or remove embroidery for selected products directly against the relevant item, without interrupting every transaction with an unnecessary prompt.

The application calculates the embroidery charge in the store's currency and adds it as a separate sale linked to the original product. It supports multiple items in the same order, including identical products with different personalisation.

Embroidery selections remain associated with the correct product throughout the Shopify order journey. Structured item data gives Brightpearl the information required by the downstream operational workflow, connecting the in-store service with fulfilment without exposing that complexity to store teams or customers.

Skywire continues to support and evolve Turnbull & Asser's storefronts and Shopify POS application. Recent platform work spans product experiences, international journeys, accessibility, customer accounts and the interfaces used to connect online and in-store service.
